The Federal Government has introduced a Bill to establish the Cashless Debit Card (CDC) as an ongoing program and to transition Income Management to the CDC in the Northern Territory and the Cape York region. 

Like many other community legal centres that specialise in social security issues, we have opposed the CDC since its inception.
